Hello.
Thanks so much for clicking to find out a bit about us. Firstly you should know – we love performing arts. Like, really love it. The other thing you should know is that we’d really like you and your family to love it too. It’s a cool thing. It builds confidence and social skills and is generally great fun. Don’t believe us – click here to read what some of our fantastic alumni have to say about their time here. Did you have a look? If not, go back and click now – we’ll wait.....ok did you notice all the testimonials mentioned ‘fun’ and ‘friends’? These are really important to us. We want you to learn how to perform brilliantly, but we also want you to have fun and make friends that will last. In fact, we just performed our 10th Anniversary show in the Gaiety Theatre and a lot of our alumni travelled back from all over the UK to be a part of it. Maybe in future that will be you or your child who made relationships here so strong they want to get on a plane just to come back and be part of our family again. We’d love that to happen – hopefully this website give you all the info you need to see if you think we might be the place for you but if not, just drop us a message to hello@allowayperformingarts.co.uk and we’ll chat through any questions you might have.
We believe that in a small way, performing arts can impact lives and provide positivity in difficult times. David Rubenstien (who is a very smart business man – smarter than us) said ‘The world is a complicated place, and there’s a lot of division between people. The performing arts tend to unify people in a way nothing else does.’
We agree.
